In her own words...
As a solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide practical feedback, compassion and understanding, with the goal of addressing current life challenges, and/or long-standing mental health issues. I offer a highly personalized approach to therapy addressing each individual’s needs in order to help them attain personal growth, accomplishment, and peace of mind. My practice includes providing my clients with the opportunity to experience EEG Neurofeedback. This progressive technique will help promote a healthy brain, neurological stabilization and life-long positive changes.
My approach to counseling is all inclusive, encompassing people from all walks of life. While we differ in our reasons for seeking therapy, the following benefits are almost inevitable: - Develop new skills – Modify unhealthy behaviors – Increased confidence and self-esteem – Improve interpersonal relationships – Enhance overall quality of life.
EMPOWERMENT plays a significant role in my clinical work. “Empowering people to heal from their past experiences allows them to appreciate their own inner abilities and talents. In turn, they have room to grow and make positive changes in their lives.”
My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Neurofeedback.
